the present time we are offering the following products.
WILDLY DELICIOUS - this company offers
some truly delectable items. Artichoke and Leek Dip
or Red Pepper and Feta Dip are both wonderful served with fresh veggies,
crackers or artisan breads. These dips are to be combined with
an equal part of either cream cheese, sour cream or yoghurt. Add
your favourite bottle of wine and enjoy.
Mango and Madras Curry Compote and Apple Walnut Compote are scrumptious
when served with a selection of cheeses and flatbreads.
This company also makes two fabulous mustards - Golden Honey and
Mango Mustard and Garlic and Shallot Mustard, they are both great.
For those of you who have a sweet tooth the Enrobing Sauces are
oh so delicious. Chocolate Noir with Tangerine Zest, Divine
Crème Caramel with Brandy, Silken Irish Crème or Luscious
Raspberry Crème with Champagne are all fantastic served either
as a fondue with a selection of fruits and sponge cake,
or over ice cream. You are only limited by your imagination. We
particularly liked the Silken Irish Crème served over slivers
of chocolate fruit cake. This was a new Christmas cake recipe
that we tried and it was fabulous with the Silken Irish Crème.!
MILSEAN - is another one of our favourite
companies.
Their dessert sauces are truly decadent. Demerara Caramel
with Rich Belgian Chocolate, Demerara Traditional, Demerara Caramel
with Canadian Cranberries and Demerara Caramel Perfect Pecan. These
sauces are wonderful served over ice cream for a fast, elegant dessert. Tip: for
an attractive presentation scoop ice cream using a melon scoop, place
on a cookie tray and keep in the freezer until serving time, arrange
a few on serving plate, drizzle with sauce and garnish with
fruit.
Another taste tempting treat from Milsean is their Artisinal Smores
Kit. The kit includes Vanilla Bean, Mayan Hand Cut Marshmallows,
Graham Wafers, Milsean Belgian Milk Chocolate and 70% Dark Chocolate. The
ultimate in decadence.
